How to reach us
- Phone — [phone]. Quickest way, and the way most people book.
- Email — [email protected]. Send photos of the leaves and stems and we will tell you if it is knotweed.
- Hours — Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturday mornings. Site visits usually booked within a few working days.
- Where we work — Addresses across BL1 to BL6, plus Bromley Cross (BL7), covering the town centre and every district out to the moors and the Wigan and Salford borders.
If a date is driving things, such as a completion, a mortgage offer or a builder's start, tell us when you get in touch.
What to have ready when you call
- The postcode and where on the property it is growing
- Why it matters now — a sale, a purchase, a lender, a neighbour or planned building work
- A few photos: the whole plant, a leaf and a stem close up
- Any deadlines — exchange date, mortgage offer, groundworks start
